Sandra Jones is a founding partner of Ambulatory Strategies Inc., a consulting firm specializing in ambulatory surgical facility development, licensure, certification, accreditation, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. She is also President of Paradise Management Resources, Inc., a firm concentrating in risk management services for ambulatory surgery centers. Ms. Jones has over 28 years experience in all facets of the healthcare industry: acute care, ambulatory care, home care, and managed care. Recent projects include the building and opening of ambulatory surgery centers, establishment and maintenance of risk management programs, regulatory compliance audits, accreditation, Medicare Certification , and licensure of surgery centers, integration of home care providers, negotiation of managed care contracts and development of managed care contracting programs, managed care operational assessments, managed care organization mergers and financial performance evaluations. J. Kathleen (Kitty) Gaw, RN, LHRM, serves as owner of JKG Consulting Services, a consulting firm specializing in ambulatory care accreditation. Ms. Gaw has over 20 years experience in healthcare related areas, including hands‑on and administrative, office, hospital and outpatient areas. Other qualifications include:
- Licensed healthcare risk manager in State of Florida;
- Hands‑on experience encompasses the full spectrum of ownership, management and patient care issues;

Lynda Kelly, CT(ASCP), MBA is the Administrative Director of Pathologists Reference Laboratory of Southwest Florida, Inc. (PRL). Ms. Kelly and PRL have had extensive experience in establishing services at ambulatory surgery lefts throughout the state of Florida. PRL provides frozen section services in ambulatory surgical lefts including: set‑up and maintenance of PRL‑owned cryostat and microstat; training of facility personnel in safety issues; providing policies and procedures and specialty assistance for HRS licensure of the lab site within a surgery left. PRL was established in 1984 and performs anatomic pathology services exclusively. There are 15 board certified pathologists on staff, many of whom have specialty boards as well.

Prior to commencing the practice of law, J.A. Ziskind was Chief Executive Officer of Cedars Medical left, a 700-bed regional teaching hospital in Miami, Florida. Mr. Ziskind is a member of and serves on the boards of local, regional and national health care associations. He has written numerous articles and often lectures on the health care industry.
